HubTech Labs collects your name, address (block/lot), and contact number when you register or submit a support ticket. We use this information only to respond to your service requests, dispatch technicians, and send you status updates about your ticket. We do not sell your information, and only share it with service providers we use to deliver updates (e.g. SMS gateway), or when required by law.
Data retention
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active, plus 12 months after deactivation, unless a longer period is required for billing or legal reasons.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations. By registering, you agree to this notice.
